Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented "Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing" who can independently manage OEM business, develop current customers, explore export opportunities and support strategic marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, relationship management and business development skills, along with a good understanding of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
1. OEM Business Management
Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers.
Manage RFQs, quotations, commercial discussions, customer meetings, timelines and follow-ups.
Coordinate with design, production, purchase, quality and management teams for smooth project execution.




Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional business.
Exhibitions Management

2. Business Development & New Client Acquisition
Identify and develop new business opportunities across OEM and aftermarket segments.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, industry contacts and market research.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations and business meetings.
Convert enquiries into orders and develop long-term customer relationships.
Prepare business proposals and maintain an active sales pipeline.

3. Export Business Development
Identify and develop new export business opportunities across international markets.
Generate enquiries through B2B portals, LinkedIn trade directories, exhibitions and industry networks.
Manage customer communication, quotations, commercial discussions, documentation and follow-ups.
