About the Role
Zeon Fasteners LLP is looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance operations for fastener manufacturing. The role involves ensuring the highest quality standards from raw material inspection through final documentation and third-party inspections.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Inspect incoming raw materials and verify Mill Test Certificates (MTCs)
✅ Maintain complete material traceability and documentation systems
✅ Monitor heat treatment and surface coating processes (Zinc Plating, Electropolishing, etc.)
✅ Prepare EN 10204 Type 3.1 Material Test Certificates
✅ Coordinate testing with NABL/ISO-accredited laboratories
✅ Liaise with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies and customers
✅ Ensure compliance with customer specifications and international standards
Requirements
? Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
? 5+ years of QA experience in the fastener, forging, or casting industry
? Strong knowledge of DIN, ISO, ASME, UNI, BS & IFI standards
? Hands-on experience in 3.1 certification, laboratory coordination, and TPI inspections
? Valuable communication and documentation skills
