Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tourism MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Manager role based in Gujarat, India. The Tourism MICE Manager will plan, coordinate, and manage corporate and group travel events, including meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions.



Responsibilities include designing tailored travel and event itineraries, negotiating with hotels, venues, and transport providers, and ensuring smooth logistics before, during, and after events. The role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their objectives, providing high-quality customer service, managing budgets and timelines, and handling on-ground execution of tours and events. The Tourism MICE Manager will also support tourism marketing initiatives, maintain vendor relationships, and prepare reports to evaluate event performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
