Looking for TSMs/ASMs to drive sales growth and business development for our Arthroscopy/Sports Medicine – Orthopedics portfolio in the North Region.
Locations: Delhi/ NCR, Punjab, Haryana.
Key Responsibilities:
· - Achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory/region.
· - Identify, engage, and develop new customers (surgeons, hospitals, sports medicine centers).
· - Build robust relationships with KOLs, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
· - Drive adoption through product presentations, demos, and surgeon engagement.
· - Provide OT assistance and support.
· - Appoint and manage distribution partners for supplies and collections.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· - Graduate with 3-5 years of sales/business development experience in Orthopedic medical devices (preferably Arthroscopy / Sports Medicine)
· - Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
