Role Description The Area Collection Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing and optimizing collections operations within the assigned region. This role involves managing collection teams, setting and monitoring collection targets, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance. The individual will review and analyze portfolio performance, identify risk trends, and implement corrective action plans to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting field visits when required, coordinating with branch staff and other stakeholders, handling escalated cases, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of collection activities.
