Role Description The Junior Accountant role at Scrapio is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. This role will help prepare basic financial reports, reconcile bank statements, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The individual will collaborate with senior accounting team members,



ensure compliance with internal controls, and assist with documentation required for audits and regulatory reporting. The position also involves maintaining organized financial records and communicating with other departments to resolve accounting-related queries.
Qualifications
Foundational accounting knowledge, including understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, ledgers, and basic financial statements.
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or accounting tools is an advantage).
Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a structured, on-site team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and follow established processes and internal controls.
