Role Description The Business Development Associate – US WFO Freshers role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will engage with prospective learners and parents in the US market,



introducing them to BrightCHAMPS programs and guiding them through the enrollment journey. You will conduct lead generation activities, follow up on inquiries, and manage a pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools. Daily responsibilities include performing market research, preparing and delivering presentations about BrightCHAMPS offerings, and clearly communicating value propositions to different stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine outreach strategies, meet sales and conversion targets, and provide feedback from the market to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, with the ability to engage confidently with parents and learners in the US market.
Presentation skills and experience (or strong potential) in delivering structured presentations and product demos to diverse audiences.
