Required Qualifications

Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum 20 years of professional experience in construction of Railway / Railway-related projects.
Proven experience in execution of Viaduct and Stations in at least two Metro Rail projects.
Robust experience in construction supervision, site execution, coordination, and management of major Metro Rail infrastructure works.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction activities for Viaduct and Stations under the Metro Rail project.




Supervise and monitor site execution to ensure works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Review construction methodologies, work programs, and technical submissions from contractors.
Coordinate with contractors, design teams, project management teams, and other stakeholders to resolve construction-related issues.
Monitor progress of construction works and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Ensure compliance with applicable Indian Standards, Metro Rail specifications, safety requirements, and project quality standards.
Identify construction risks and provide technical solutions for timely resolution of site issues.
Lead and guide the site engineering team for effective execution and quality control of Viaduct and Station works.
