Job Title: Senior Executive - Influencer Marketing
Location: Kolkata (Onsite - Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to scale our
influencer marketing efforts within the skincare space. This role requires strong outreach
capabilities, trend awareness, and performance-driven thinking to drive impactful paid
collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creator Outreach & Onboarding : Reach out to and onboard 10-15 creators / influencers daily across relevant platforms.
• Paid Partnership Research : Continuously research content formats, competitor activities, and emerging trends in Paid Partnerships.
• Campaign Briefing & Coordination : Conduct briefing sessions with creators / influencers, ensuring alignment on brand messaging, deliverables, and timelines
• Campaign Execution & Tracking :Support execution of paid partnerships and track performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness

Proven ability to scout creators and directionally align content concepts with high-performing skincare hooks.
Algorithm & Platform Expertise: In-depth understanding of the Instagram algorithm, current skincare trends, and competitive landscape dynamics.
Trend Forecasting & Execution: Agility in spotting rising industry trends and rapidly translating them into actionable, high-impact campaigns.
Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building and nurturing long-term relationships with influencers and talent managers.
Dynamic Multitasking: Ability to seamlessly manage multiple creator campaigns, deadlines, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Paid Partnerships / Influencer Marketing
• Prior experience in skincare, beauty, or D2C brands is highly preferred
