Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong Python development and hands-on experience in GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI product development.
Key Requirements
6–8+ years of strong Python development experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience working on AI/GenAI projects.
Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, ingestion pipelines, and chunking strategies.
Experience with Vector Databases, similarity search, indexing, and metadata filtering.
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), MCP servers, tools, and LLM integrations.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows.
Advanced Python,



APIs, AI pipelines, and orchestration.
Valuable SQL knowledge, including joins, query optimization, and indexing.
Experience with Azure AI Foundry is preferred.
Experience with GitHub Copilot for development and code acceleration.
Knowledge of AI application monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and production support.
Experience with tools such as Datadog/APM is an advantage.
Java/ReactJS knowledge is optional.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore.
No relocation profiles.
Must be comfortable attending the F2F final interview in Bangalore.
Must be willing to work 3 days per week from the client office.
