About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to plan, coordinate and execute projects involving relocatable structural steel sheds provided on a rental basis. The role involves project planning, site execution, manpower and material coordination, contractor management, client coordination, logistics, dismantling and relocation. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural steel erection, PEB, prefab/modular construction, industrial sheds or infrastructure projects, preferably with B2B/corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Plan and manage projects from mobilisation to completion/handover.
Prepare schedules, track progress and drive corrective actions.
Manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
Plan manpower, materials, equipment and logistics.
Site & Contractor Management




Regularly visit sites and monitor structural erection, roofing/covering and finishing works.
Coordinate supervisors, contractors, erection teams and site manpower.
Monitor productivity, quality and work progress.
Ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.
Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
Material & Logistics Management
Coordinate structural steel, covers, accessories, equipment and logistics.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to sites.
Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation.
Manage dismantling, material recovery, reuse and relocation of rental structures.
Minimise material loss, damage and wastage.
Client Coordination
Coordinate directly with B2B, corporate and industrial clients.
Manage site access, work fronts, inspections, schedules and handovers.
Communicate project status, delays, requirements and recovery plans.
