Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business leads through online research, databases, social media, and other digital channels. The specialist will engage prospects via calls, emails, and messaging platforms, introduce company services,



and set up meetings or demos for the sales team. Daily activities include maintaining and updating lead lists and CRM records, tracking outreach efforts, and sharing regular reports on pipeline progress. The role includes close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, improve messaging, and support campaigns that drive consistent, high-quality lead flow.
Qualifications
Strong skills in identifying New Leads and managing Lead Generation activities across multiple channels.
Effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with prospects and internal teams.
Basic to intermediate Sales skills, with the ability to nurture interest, handle initial objections, and schedule qualified meetings.
Proficient Research skills for market analysis, prospect profiling, and understanding client business needs.
Experience using CRM or lead management tools and spreadsheets to track leads
