• Tax Advisory – Memos & Presentations
• Scrutiny Assessments & Tax Proceedings
• Rectification & Stay Applications
• Tax Appeals and Income Tax Tribunal matters
• Tax Provisioning & Tax Audit Finalisation
• Client Management & Tax Authority Coordination
? What are we looking for?




✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant
✔ Strong understanding of Direct Tax / Corporate Tax
✔ Good knowledge of the Income Tax Act
✔ Strong analytical & research skills
✔ Excellent communication & presentation skills
✔ Client-handling and coordination abilities
✔ Prior exposure to Direct Tax/Corporate Tax through articleship is an advantage
✔ Exposure to Corporate Law, FEMA or SEBI will be a plus
