Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and market expansion within the assigned region. The role will focus on developing strategic relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, and other key influencers while leading regional sales initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in specification sales, business development, key account management, and team leadership within the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, ensuring sustained engagement and positioning CMC as the preferred luxury surfaces partner.




Develop and nurture relationships with influential designers and industry stakeholders to drive product specifications and business opportunities.
Manage and grow strategic architect and influencer accounts to maximize revenue and customer loyalty.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve sales objectives and business goals.
Drive specification sales by converting architect recommendations and project opportunities into revenue-generating business.
Identify and develop new market opportunities to increase market share and regional presence.
Promote CMC's luxury product portfolio and strengthen brand positioning within the premium segment.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business planning and sales strategy.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and seamless project execution.
