The ideal candidate should have strong experience in insurance sales, proven team-handling capabilities, and a track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and execution. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve assigned business targets. Drive sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the Term Insurance business . Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve team productivity. Manage day-to-day field sales operations across the assigned territory. Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders. Monitor team performance, identify gaps,



and implement corrective action plans. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market penetration in the Kurnool territory. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.
