We’re looking for a Community Manager to build momentum around Mehico — driving events, collaborations, community and repeat footfall, and making sure the right people in Kolkata discover it, experience it and keep coming back. This is not a desk-bound social media role. Your job is to be out there — meeting people, creating reasons to visit, building relationships, programming great nights and turning guests into regulars. Drive the nights. Build the community. Keep the momentum growing. What You'll Do Events & Programming - Create and execute a strong calendar of events and experiences - Develop recurring Mehico properties that people begin to recognise and look forward to - Work across DJs and music, cocktails, guest bartenders, food, art, fashion,



culture and creator-led experiences - Own events from idea → collaboration → promotion → guest list/RSVP → on-ground execution → results - Measure success through actual attendance, revenue, repeat participation and impact on footfall — not just reach Own the Weak Nights Understand Mehico's business by day and daypart. Identify where we need traction and create programming, partnerships and community activation to improve it. We're not looking for someone whose first answer is a discount or generic happy hour. Create reasons to come.
