Role Description The Associate Creative Director – Copy is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi,



responsible for leading the copy team and driving the creative vision across multiple brands and digital platforms. This role involves developing compelling brand narratives, conceptualizing integrated campaigns, and crafting high-impact marketing copy for digital films, social media, websites, and other communication assets. The individual will collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and account teams to ensure that ideas are strategically sound, on-brand, and aligned with audience insights and real-time digital conversations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising copy development, reviewing and refining creative work, presenting concepts to clients, and mentoring junior writers to maintain high standards of creativity and consistency. The role also requires staying updated on digital trends, platform best practices, and evolving brand reputational needs to ensure relevant and effective communication.
