Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Implementation Manager - Influencer Marketing. The individual in this role will oversee the end-to-end implementation of influencer marketing campaigns for clients. Responsibilities include managing client onboarding, providing training and support, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing campaign data, and maintaining cash flow-related processes.



The role also entails solid collaboration with internal teams to continually improve client experiences and campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional client experiences
Effective communication skills, including the ability to liaise with internal teams and clients
Experience with cash management and oversight of financial processes related to client implementation
Ability to train and support clients in using digital tools or platforms effectively
Proficiency in influencer marketing or related fields is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently within a remote environment
