Qualifications

* Graduation or above preferred.

* Candidates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Sales ,Operations or related fields preferred

* Experienced, enthusiastic, energetic and ground-smart candidates can also apply.

* Freshers are welcome if they have the ability to manage people and handle responsibilities.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid coordination and follow-up skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.





* Willingness to work in a project-based and fast-paced environment.

* Comfortable with field work and travel when required.

* Immediate joiners / candidates available at short notice preferred.

* Candidates with a learning mindset, ownership attitude and problem-solving ability preferred.

Role Description

• Assist in project execution and on-ground operations.
• Coordinate with field teams, clients and vendors.
• Manage daily tasks, follow-ups and project updates.
• Support team management and field-level activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and as per requirements.
• Travel to project locations when required.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and resolve ground-level issues.
• Based on performance, candidates may be considered for a full-time role.
