Job Description – Printing Technician / Operator
Location: Sri City – Tada, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Degree
Reporting To: Production Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for a Printing Technician / Operator with hands-on experience in Gravure, Flexo or Offset Printing. Candidates from the Packaging, Edge Banding or Ink Mixing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor printing machines.
• Handle ink mixing and color matching.
• Achieve daily production targets.
• Optimize ink usage and reduce wastage/scrap.
• Maintain daily production reports.
• Manage printing cylinders.




• Ensure printing quality and smooth production.
• Coordinate and support the production team.

Requirements
• 2–5 years of relevant printing/packaging experience.
• Hands-on experience with Gravure, Flexo or Offset machines.
• Valuable knowledge of ink handling and color matching.
• Manual color matching experience will be an added advantage.
• Good attitude, teamwork and ability to work in a production environment.
