Role Description The Cluster Head – Field Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for leading and managing a field sales cluster,



driving revenue growth, and expanding NoBrokerHood’s presence across assigned territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, acquiring and onboarding new societies, managing key accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves overseeing and mentoring field sales teams, monitoring performance, analyzing sales data, and aligning cluster activities with overall business objectives. The Cluster Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve service delivery, and support market expansion initiatives.
