Role Description

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for handling end-to-end business development, pre-sales, sales, post-sales support, and marketing activities within the assigned territory. The role includes managing existing business, converting prospects into customers, building new markets, generating repeat business, and ensuring timely payment recovery.

Operational Responsibilities

Sales & Expansion: Generate, manage, and regulate sales within the allocated region for premium market sales. Focus on developing new clients and expanding the footprint.

Account Management: Ensure growing repeat business from existing accounts. Build and nurture long-term client relations to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Channel Management: Work closely with and provide full support to distributors and clients within the allocated region to expand business.

Collections: Ensure timely delivery of goods and strict payment recovery from customers and distributors.





Reporting & Market Intelligence: Maintain a database of clients and channel partners. Keep track of competitor activities and report market intelligence regularly to the management.

Marketing Support: Execute sales and marketing plans based on the overall strategy. Manage brand development activities like events, promotions, campaigns, and exhibitions.

Excellent English communication, high IQ, and sharp negotiation skills.

Good presentation, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

Self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable working in an unstructured atmosphere.

Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Positive knowledge of dealing with distributors and sophisticated institutional clientele.

Tech-savvy: Conversant with MS Office, Outlook, Web, and Mac OS / Windows OS.
