Role Description The Front Office and Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH, responsible for overseeing daily front office operations and overall outlet management. This includes supervising the reception area, managing guest check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations and appointment scheduling, and ensuring a welcoming and qualified environment for all visitors. The manager coordinates staff schedules, supports team performance,



and monitors service quality to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves basic reporting, cash handling oversight, inventory coordination for the outlet, and adherence to company policies and wellness standards.

Qualifications
