Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to drive sales of Pallet Wrapping Machines, Taping Machines, and Strapping Machines. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B industrial sales, a solid understanding of packaging machinery, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Role Description
The Sales Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand technical requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and recommend tailored solutions in packaging, condition monitoring, and related systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, responding to inquiries, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and quotations. This role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships,



identifying new sales opportunities, supporting installation and integration discussions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Engineer will regularly visit customer sites, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand business opportunities for Packaging Automation Solutions across assigned territories.
Promote and sell Pallet Wrapping, Taping, and Strapping Machines to manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, FMCG, pharma, and other industrial customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and site visits.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
