Role Description





We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our client’s procurement function across sourcing, vendor management, negotiations, purchase processes, eAuctions and procurement operations.

The Procurement Specialist is a full-time role based in Bengaluru in a hybrid work model, combining in office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including creating and processing purchase orders, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The position involves evaluating and onboarding suppliers, conducting price and terms analysis, and supporting contract negotiations to achieve optimal value and compliance. The specialist will use ProcUrPal’s AI-powered platform to analyze spend data, monitor supplier performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
