Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across ITAM, ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and related integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITAM and ITSM modules.
Implement and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Asset Management, and Software Asset Management solutions.
Develop and configure:
Business Rules
Client Scripts
UI Policies
Workflows
Flow Designer
ServiceNow integrations
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Perform CMDB and Asset Lifecycle Management activities.




Support data reconciliation, data quality, and Discovery-related activities.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance standards, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Robust expertise in ServiceNow ITAM and ITSM.
Strong knowledge of:

Change Management
Request Management
CMDB
Asset Management
Software Asset Management
Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
