About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our Business Development team. The role will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, preparing complete tender documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of tenders. The ideal candidate should have robust documentation and coordination skills, a good understanding of the tendering process, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and track relevant government, PSU, corporate, and institutional tender opportunities through various tender portals and sources.
Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, EOI, and other bid requirements to understand eligibility criteria, scope, timelines, and submission requirements.
Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents in coordination with BD, Finance, Legal, Technical, and other relevant teams.
Ensure all required documents, certificates, declarations, forms, and supporting information are complete and accurate.




Prepare tender submissions as per the prescribed formats, guidelines, and eligibility requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information and documentation within defined timelines.
Maintain a tracker of all ongoing, upcoming, submitted, and awarded tenders.
Ensure timely submission of tenders before the specified deadlines.
Manage tender-related correspondence, clarifications, pre-bid queries, and submission-related communications.
Monitor tender amendments, corrigenda, extensions, and updates, and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders.
Support the BD team in preparing EOIs, pre-qualification documents, proposals, and other business development documentation.
Maintain an organized repository of tender documents, credentials, company profiles, case studies, certificates, and other standard documents.
