Role Description The Manager – Marketing will lead marketing initiatives to promote SYNCHRO ELECTRICALS’ products and services in the electrical and renewable energy sectors. This full-time, in office role based in the Greater Rajkot Area involves developing and executing marketing strategies, planning campaigns, and managing branding and communication across digital and traditional channels. The role includes market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting sales teams with marketing materials, proposals, and presentations. The Manager – Marketing will collaborate with leadership, engineering, and service teams to create technical yet accessible marketing content, case studies, and product literature. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing vendor and agency relationships, overseeing event participation and trade shows, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the company’s mission and vision
