Role Description The Property Manager (Entry Level) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties in the Greater Bengaluru Area.



This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are guest-ready, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. The role involves communicating with guests and owners, handling basic queries and issues, and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve operational concerns promptly. The Property Manager will assist with inventory tracking, local vendor coordination, simple reporting on occupancy and guest feedback, and adherence to JadeCaps’ standardized processes. This position offers exposure to technology-driven property management and opportunities to grow within a fast-scaling hospitality and real estate environment.
