Role Description The Head - Sales (West Region) will lead sales operations and business development activities across the western region, driving revenue growth for electrical distribution and renewable energy solutions. This full-time,



on-site role based in Rajkot involves managing key accounts, developing regional sales strategies, forecasting and tracking performance, and expanding the customer base in both private and government sectors. The role includes overseeing and mentoring the regional sales team, setting targets, reviewing performance, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, preparing proposals and bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Head - Sales (West Region) will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes to refine sales plans and support long-term growth.
