About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Skilled to own end-to-end Marketplace Advertising and Growth for selected Product Categories across all major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

This role carries category-level P&L; accountability for ad spends, tasked with maximizing Category Market Share, Share of Search (SOV), Best Seller Rankings, conversion efficiency, and net profitability across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. The ideal candidate blends deep expertise in retail media networks with a category-competitive mindset.

Marketplace Performance Marketing

Category Media Strategy: Architect and execute category-specific performance advertising strategies across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other emerging platforms.
Cross-Channel Ad Operations: Own full-funnel category campaigns across Search Ads, Video Ads, and Quick-Commerce programmatic formats.
Capital Allocation & Category P&L;: Manage multi-crore category ad budgets, balancing spends across high-margin flagship SKUs vs. volume drivers to maximize GMV, ROAS, TACOS, ACOS, and net contribution margin.
Search Dominance & SOV: Command search leadership for key category keywords, driving top-of-search placements, organic rank growth, and defending market share against category competitors.
Tentpole Event Strategy: Formulate and execute high-velocity category playbooks during major sales events (e.g., Amazon Great Indian Fe
