Role Description

The Service Coordinator-TELUGU (Support Services) will manage and oversee daily support activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of roadside assistance and related services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kochi and involves coordinating between customers, field teams, and internal departments to resolve service requests efficiently. The Service Coordinator will handle incoming calls, log and track cases, allocate resources, and monitor service progress until completion. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, following operational procedures, and providing transparent, empathetic communication to customers during stressful situations. Collaboration with operations and management teams to improve service quality and efficiency is an essential part of the position.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills to manage multiple cases and resources effectively.
Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact professionally and empathetically with customers and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and ensure a positive service experience.
Candidates should ideally have experience in fast-paced service or support environments, preferably in automotive, emergency assistance, or related sectors.
Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations.
