Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Monsoon Empress in Kochi. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws and hotel p⁵olicies. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR documentation, maintain accurate records, and implement policies and procedures that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.



Daily tasks include partnering with department heads on staffing needs, coordinating training and development initiatives, handling employee queries and grievance resolution, and supporting payroll and perks administration. The role also involves contributing to HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and service quality across the hotel.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, preferably within hospitality or service-focused organizations.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices relevant to hotel operations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
