Role Description The Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, and coordinating design solutions across architecture, interiors, and landscape. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding requirements, creating and refining design proposals, collaborating with consultants, and overseeing design implementation during project execution.



The role involves regular coordination with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that designs are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Architect is expected to contribute to design reviews, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement in studio processes and design quality.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design documentation.
Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools and workflows (e.g., BIM platforms, CAD software, or design collaboration systems).
Solid Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or
