Compucare India Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL) is a Vadodara-based IT and software organisation operating across three business verticals – Opus One, Lyumi, and Tempus Central. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive / Sr. Marketing Executive to support our Marketing function with brand building, design, and lead generation efforts.

Role Overview
The Marketing Executive / Sr. Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating visual and written content across brand touchpoints, conducting market research, managing SEO and lead generation efforts, and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across all three business verticals. This role requires a strong creative sense, hands-on design skills, and the ability to work independently on end-to-end marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Design creative assets for digital and print – social media posts, brochures, banners, and campaigns – using Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding and visual identity across Opus One, Lyumi,



and Tempus Central.
• Plan and execute content calendars, writing copy for website, social media, email, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO to improve website ranking, traffic, and visibility.
• Generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns, email marketing, and social outreach.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up content creation, design iteration, and campaign research.
• Maintain and present a portfolio of design and marketing work; continuously refine it with recent projects.
• Track campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing/creative role.
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
• A strong creative portfoli
