About La Maison Eterna
La Maison Eterna is a luxury home decor and gifting house, known as "curators of permanence." We craft handcrafted silver-plated serveware, crystal barware, jade accessories, vases, and candle stands, along with corporate gifting and wedding order programmes, designed to be treasured for generations. As we scale our direct-to-consumer growth, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can turn ad spend into real, measurable revenue, not just impressions and likes.
The Role
We need someone who lives in the numbers: CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue per session, not followers, reach, or impressions. You'll own Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO end-to-end, and you'll use AI tools to work faster, test smarter, and squeeze more performance out of every rupee spent. This role is for a hands-on operator, not a strategist who hands off execution to an agency.



High-value gifting and considered luxury purchases mean you'll also need to think about longer decision cycles, corporate/bulk order funnels, and seasonal/occasion-driven demand (weddings, festive gifting, corporate gifting).
What You'll Do
Paid Media (Meta & Google Ads)
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
Own budget allocation and daily/weekly optimization based on CAC, ROAS, and revenue, not likes, reach, or impressions
Build campaigns and audiences suited to a high-ticket, gifting-led catalog (retargeting, lookalikes, occasion-based targeting for weddings/corporate gifting/festive season)
Build and run structured A/B tests on creative, audience, copy, and landing pages
Report performance weekly with real numbers: spend, revenue, blended CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin, with a explicit read on what's working and why
SEO
Own on-page SEO, technical SEO health, and content strat
