Role Description The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for foldable ladders, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, monitoring workflow and resource allocation, and coordinating with procurement,



quality, and maintenance teams to avoid delays and downtime. The role involves supervising and guiding production staff, implementing standard operating procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste. The Production Manager will regularly review performance metrics, resolve operational issues on the shop floor, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications

Strong experience in production planning, shop-floor supervision, and manufacturing operations, preferably in industrial or consumer durable products.
