Job Description Vivek Krishnan Photography is one of India's leading luxury wedding photography brands, known for its authentic storytelling and timeless imagery. With a decade of experience capturing weddings across India and abroad, our team believes in one thing — making couples relive their day, exactly as it was felt.
n We're now looking for a dynamic, organised, and warm skilled to lead our Client Experience function — someone who can build trust, manage relationships, and ensure every couple feels taken care of from the first enquiry to final delivery, while also building new revenue channels beyond weddings.
n Role Overview
n This person will handle shoot coordination, and post-wedding communication — ensuring a seamless, premium experience at every touchpoint.
n Key Responsibilities
n 1. Client Servicing & Communication
n n Create and manage client WhatsApp groups post-booking.
n Coordinate with the internal team (photographers, cinematographers, editors, finance) for each project.
n Share timely updates on shoot details, delivery timelines, and milestones.
n Handle client feedback, testimonials, and post-delivery closure gracefully.
n Track project progress end-to-end to ensure no client feels "unattended."
n n 2. Operations & Reporting
n n Coordinate with the finance team for advance and balance payments.
n Maintain clear records of client contracts, payments, and deliverable stages.
n Share weekly reports with the management on:
n Active clients and current project stages




n Pending payments and deliveries
n Client satisfaction and testimonials
n n Ideal Candidate
n We're looking for someone who blends warmth and discipline — someone who can sell with empathy and manage clients with structure, while being hungry to open new doors and build new business lines.
n Skills & Attributes
n n Excellent communication — fluent in English and Kannada
n Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
n Comfortable networking in person at events, venues, and meetings
n Detail-oriented with strong process discipline
n Confident handling high-value clients and premium weddings
n Prior experience in photography, luxury events, hospitality, or corporate sales is a plus
n Proficiency in Google Sheets / Zoho CRM / Excel
n n Experience Required
n n 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, wedding/event management, sales, or business development in a premium/luxury or corporate-facing brand.
