Job Description WE'RE HIRING – FASHION DESIGNER n Company: SH Textiles LLP n Brand: Pink Derby – Girls' Wear | Age 1–10 Years n Location: Kolkata n Position: Full-Time Fashion Designer n We are looking for a creative, trend-focused and technically skilled Fashion Designer to join our growing kidswear team. Key Responsibilitiesn n Design innovative and commercially viable collections for girls aged 1–10 years n Develop seasonal, festive, ethnic and casual collections n Create mood boards, colour palettes, design concepts and detailed design sheets n Develop designs from initial concept through sampling and final production n Select appropriate fabrics, trims, embellishments and accessories n Coordinate closely with sampling, production and merchandising teams n Conduct fashion and kidswear trend research n Create and present 3D garment designs and visualisations using CLO 3D n Make design modifications and 3D samples to reduce physical sampling time n Ensure designs maintain the brand's aesthetic,



quality and commercial requirements n Requirementsn n Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing or equivalent n 2+ years of relevant fashion design experience, preferably in kidswear n Strong working knowledge of CLO 3D is mandatory n Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Photoshop or equivalent design software n Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, patterns and finishing n Strong knowledge of fashion trends, colours and silhouettes n Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail n Ability to independently develop a collection from concept to production n Strong communication and coordination skills n Ideal Candidaten Someone who can combine creativity + fashion sense + technical garment knowledge + CLO 3D expertise and turn ideas into production-ready designs.
