- A founding-team opportunity to build AKD Advanced Materials' global commercial business from the ground up, working directly with the Founders and senior leadership, with ESOP/equity eligibility for exceptional candidates and enhanced compensation for those bringing an established customer network or order book.n

- We are looking for an ambitious commercial professional to establish and scale our Sales & Business Development function across India and international markets.n

n

Our initial portfolio includes:

- Titanium | Nickel | Cobalt | Tungsten | Molybdenum | Specialty Steels | Superalloys | Specialty Metals | Composition-specific Alloys | Scrap & Residuesn

Key Responsibilities

n

- n
- Build a high-value B2B order book from the ground up.n
- Develop customers across Aerospace, Defence, Space, Energy, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Engineering and advanced manufacturing industries.n
- Map customers, applications, grades, specifications and procurement requirements.n
- Identify new materials, markets and product opportunities.n
- Develop domestic and international/export sales.n
- Build relationships with OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 manufacturers, distributors and industrial buyers.n




- Develop strategic sourcing and supplier relationships.n
- Drive pricing, negotiations, margins and commercial strategy.n

Ideal Candidate

n

- n
- 5–15 years of relevant B2B sales/business development experience.Expern
- ience in speciality metals, alloys, advanced materials, industrial raw materials or related sectors.MBA pn
- referred; IIM, IIT, Ivy League or other leading institutions will be an advantage.Stronn
- g technical and commercial understanding of high-value materials.Aerosn
- pace, defence, energy or international customer relationships highly desirable.Exporn
