We are now building a high-energy pre-sales team to connect with current clients, open doors for conversations, and support our sales leaders in driving closures. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, researching target organizations, connecting with HR and L&D; heads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. You will be the first voice and face of Skills Café, someone who can create interest, build trust, and ensure consistent follow-ups until the closure.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify target companies and the right decision-makers (CHROs, L&D; Heads, CXOs)Build and maintain a strong,



updated database using CRM toolsMake daily outbound calls to potential clientsIntroduce Skills Café’s offerings in a confident and engaging mannerQualify interest and schedule meetings for the sales managersEnsure consistent follow-ups with prospects to move them along the funnelCoordinate between sales managers and clients to ensure timely meetings and updatesTrack all calls, meetings, and conversions on CRMShare weekly reports on pipeline progress and follow-up actionsStay updated on L&D; trends, company movements, and industry events to spot new opportunitiesQualifications & Experience1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or B2B business developmentExcellent spoken English and confident phone communicationStrong listening, questioning, and persuasion skillsTarget-driven and comfortable with high-volume callingGood at organizing data and tracking follow-ups through CRMExperience in L&D;, training, or edtech sectors is an advantage.
