About the role:





We are looking for a talented photo editor to coordinate assignments by selecting, editing, and positioning photos in print and web publications.

The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with editors and photographers to decide on which photos will be published and ensure deadlines are met.

What you’ll do:

Asset & DAM Organization

- Regularly update and organize the digital asset management system, ensuring all photographic content is easily accessible and accurately cataloged.
- Develop and maintain a logical file structure within the DAM system to facilitate efficient retrieval of images.

Photo Research

- Conduct research for high-quality images that align with project requirements, using both internal assets and external sources as needed.

Collaboration

- Work with design and content teams to understand their image requirements and assist in sourcing the appropriate assets.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+Years of experience as a Photographer or Photo editor.
- Good understanding of photography, color and aesthetics.
- Ability to do photo research as per brief.
- Advance proficiency in image editing software Adobe Lightroom, Bridge, Photoshop Knowledge of Figma is a plus. Knowledge of other software’s such as Excel. Openness to learn and adapt to using new software and online digital asset management platforms
- Ability to retouch and process images which includes seamless image extensions, color

corrections, resizing batches of images, cropping images as per layout, renaming, uploading, tagging images with keywords etc.

- Team-oriented mindset and ability to integrate feedback.
- Eye for detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
