We prioritize security, with 0 data breaches to date, and our services include Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax Preparation and Planning, Payroll, Virtual Assistance, and Staffing for all types of accounting roles. n n Key Responsibilities: n • Manage and review day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks. n • Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)



n • Handle bank reconciliations, AR/AP, journal entries, and general ledger adjustments n • Prepare sales tax returns, 1099 filings, and ensure compliance with US accounting standards n • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries n • Work efficiently on QuickBooks or similar US accounting software n n Requirements: n • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in US Accounting. n • Solid understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end closing. n • Proficiency in QuickBooks / Xero (mandatory). n • Excellent communication, review, and analytical skills. n • Ability to work independently and manage client communications confidently.
