? Business Development Executive – Field Sales
? ₹20,000/month Fixed + Incentives

What you’ll do:
Visit businesses and meet business owners & decision-makers
Generate B2B leads through field visits, networking and prospecting
Understand business requirements and operational challenges
Pitch Mingrow’s CRM & Business OS solutions
Explain features, benefits, pricing and plans
Conduct product demonstrations
Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline
Convert prospects into paying customers
Build and maintain client relationships




Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking and closing B2B deals.

What you’ll do:
Make calls and communicate with potential B2B customers
Generate, qualify and follow up with leads
Understand customer requirements and business problems
Explain Mingrow CRM and SaaS solutions
Conduct online/product demonstrations
Maintain and update the sales pipeline
Follow up consistently with prospects
Convert qualified leads into customers
Build customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
This role is ideal for someone confident on calls, persuasive in communication and comfortable with target-based sales.
