Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing materials, fixtures, and furnishings required for interior projects, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery to project sites. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining vendor relationships, obtaining and evaluating quotations, managing purchase orders, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating with project managers, designers,



and site teams to align purchases with project timelines and budgets. The Purchasing Manager will also monitor quality standards, review invoices, support cost optimization initiatives, and maintain accurate procurement records and reports that support operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, and relationship building with suppliers and contractors.
Experience in purchase planning, inventory management, and cost control within construction, interiors, or related industries.
Proficiency in using procurement or ERP software, MS Excel, and other tools for tracking orders, budgets, and timelines.
Ability to read and understand project specifications, bills of quantities, and material requirements for interior projects.
