Role Description The Marketing Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role,



the Marketing Associate will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for JadeCaps and its consumer brands, including StayJade, RedOlive, and Jade PMS. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, coordinating with sales and operations teams, creating and updating marketing collateral, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Associate will help manage social media and digital channels, support event and partnership initiatives, and contribute to brand messaging that resonates with target audiences. This position involves cross-functional collaboration, proactive communication, and attention to detail to ensure consistent brand visibility and growth. Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer identification, outreach, collaboration management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
