About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Katraj, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for design, good knowledge of graphic design tools, and the ability to create engaging visuals for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design creative and engaging graphics for social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Create designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and marketing collaterals.
Develop branding and marketing creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
Work on creative concepts from initial ideas to final designs.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver designs on time.
Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure high-quality final output.
Explore new design trends, creative styles,



and AI-powered design tools to improve workflow and creativity.
Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
Good understanding of AI tools for graphic design and creative workflows.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual composition.
Experience creating social media, print, branding, and marketing creatives.
Good attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
Good communication and time-management skills.

Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
