Role Description The Front Office Executive – 3rd Party Payroll is a full-time, on-site role based at Cinépolis India locations in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsiblities
1.Looking after the travel desk of the company with respect to ticket booking (Air, Rail, and Road).
2. Handling Reception guest on requirement basis
3. Taking care of Attendance & Leave applications for reportees and submission
4. Maintaining Files and Folders
5. Giving training and checking Pantry and HK person
6. Timely payment to the vendors, checking and verification
7. Procuring Voice, data, broadband etc connection and tracking timely payment
8. Maintaining records of Issuing, Damaged, Returns of company's Assets & Machineries
9. Arranging hotel/guest accommodation for all company employee
10.Other Admin related work
