Role Description The Project Manager Civil and Interiors will oversee workplace design and build projects, managing civil and interior works from planning to completion. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South involves coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements, timelines, and budgets are met. The Project Manager will monitor site activities, manage schedules,



track progress, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing project documentation, resolving on-site issues, optimizing resources, and supporting a smooth handover and post-occupancy follow-up. The role requires proactive communication, strong problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills in civil and interior works, including planning, scheduling, and onsite coordination.
Experience in workplace or commercial fit-out projects, with knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
Ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.
Solid understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements relevant to Bengal
