Owveal Engineering is looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Production & Process Engineer to work on manufacturing operations, process improvement and implementation of recent systems at a growing engineering manufacturing facility.

We are looking for someone who is not just comfortable with routine production work, but is interested in understanding problems, improving processes and making things work better.

1. Handle and monitor production planning and manufacturing activities.
2. Study existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
3. Implement improved production and process systems.
4. Support ISO 9001 and quality system implementation.
5. Monitor production, material usage, wastage, quality and productivity.
6. Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and process documentation.
7. Work closely with the shop floor and ensure that planned improvements are actually implemented.
8. Support process planning and engineering/design-related activities wherever required.
9. Prepare basic MIS and reports for management.
10. Identify problems proactively and work towards practical solutions.
